Peyk Farzaneh Pouyan Company, branded as Pouyan, was established on June 14, 2009, leveraging over 14 years of experience in IT and private enterprise management. The company’s founder and main investor, Ms. Farzaneh Daneshmand, served as CEO and board member from 2009 to 2014. During this period, she successfully pursued and accomplished several key initiatives, which can be summarized as follows:

• Establishing the company as a truly knowledge-based enterprise.
• Building the company’s reputation through the successful completion of small projects.
• Establishing financial, administrative, and personnel infrastructures to pave the way for future development.
• Establishing legal credibility for the company by ensuring transparency in its activities as a fundamental basis for future growth and development.
• Upgrading the company from a startup to a growing enterprise, and then to a mature company ready for investment for larger leaps.
• Making the business legitimate by assuming all religious and legal responsibilities towards employees and regulatory organizations in the country.
• Defining the company’s objectives and identifying precise market targets, while developing the software-as-a-service sector in response to the growth of this domain in the country’s information technology industry.
• Balancing the software analysis and organizational improvement consulting department with the software production department.
• Balancing the product and service development department with the commercialization and sales department.

From the middle of 2014, with the arrival of Mr. Sasan Abbasi, who brought successful experience and distinguishing knowledge in the field of software development across various platforms and environments, intelligent changes were introduced in the management of Payan Company. Mr. Abbasi, a dynamic and bold figure in the software production industry, undertook the design and creation of a large-scale web-based software production line that could be executed across multiple platforms and access media simultaneously. By the end of 2014, Payan Company was equipped with a unique software production line that easily compares and benchmarks against international standards. At the same time, he was appointed as the new CEO and took on the responsibilities of advancing the company’s technology and senior management of technology, while Ms. Farzaneh Daneshmand assumed the role of Chairman of the Board, overseeing market and business development.

Other young members of Payan’s board, Mr. Pourdad Daneshmand and Ms. Sanaz Abbasi, took on significant responsibilities as support figures for Mr. Abbasi and Ms. Daneshmand. Mr. Daneshmand serves as the Senior Technology Assistant and Product Manager, assisting Mr. Abbasi on several projects. Meanwhile, Ms. Abbasi, as the Head of the Customer Voice Unit, collaborates with Ms. Daneshmand in the business development sector.
