About Chegeel

The idea for developing the Cheegel infrastructure for Iran originated at the knowledge-based company Peyk Farazaneh Pouyan (trading as Hamisheh Pouya). After the successful implementation of the advanced and complex YATA system, which allowed Iranians to purchase from eBay using Shetab cards, the Hamisheh Pouya team decided to develop a more advanced infrastructure than eBay and other existing global platforms, specifically tailored for Iranian products. This initiative aims not only to once again showcase Iranian intelligence and expertise to the world and become one of the largest players in the field of e-commerce infrastructure development but also to establish an online platform for presenting, introducing, and selling both retail and wholesale Iranian products within Iran and globally.

Here are some specific features:

  1. Multilingual capabilities (the Cheegel system is being developed in 20 languages simultaneously).
  2. Preservation of authentic Iranian-Islamic culture and attention to the genuine culture of each country where Cheegel’s customers and consumers are located.
  3. Cheegel’s infrastructure intelligence regarding national, global, and cultural events.
  4. Development based on the most advanced technologies in the world of programming.
  5. Cross-platform compatibility. Cheegel’s infrastructure is developed simultaneously for mobile, web, and even offline-online platforms.
  6. Development of an electronic catalog for Iranian products with the aim of indexing these products globally through the implementation of a data cube for Iranian goods.
  7. Alignment with all upper-level regulations in the country, especially the customs laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
  8. Integration based on a dynamic service-oriented architecture with legal systems for validating information about Iranian product suppliers and supervisory systems for bilateral interaction.

Unique features of Cheegel compared to global counterparts:

In the Cheegel system, by adopting reference models in marketing, market research, and product segmentation, notable distinctions have been created compared to other marketplaces. Cheegel can serve as a national infrastructure for any country, particularly developing nations, to enhance their export development.

The most distinguishing feature of Cheegel, developed in its initial generation, is its treatment of product catalog information as an information cube (multi-dimensional and multi-faceted). Implementing this type of catalog is firstly only feasible electronically and secondly is not available in major marketplaces such as eBay, Amazon, Rakuten, etc. This type of implementation has not been carried out. The most creative and innovative distinguishing feature of Cheegel in its first generation is its ability to index products considering their social, political, cultural, economic, technological, logistical, geographical, and climatic aspects. This includes indexing products from perspectives such as religion, culture, language, climate, gender, age, and any other defined aspect in the system.

For example, when visitors from India access the Cheegel platform, the display of Iranian products is intelligently tailored based on their religious and cultural criteria, as well as the political and economic relations between the two countries. The development of business intelligence applications and many other advanced features is a distinguishing characteristic of this infrastructure.
